Digital Membership Card
The Indianapolis Zoo is excited to announce we now have digital membership cards! Please follow the instructions below to download your digital membership card to your phone.
You will get the most from your membership by downloading the eMembership Card app to your smartphone.
How to Access Membership Card:
- Download the eMembership Card app.
- Search for “Indianapolis Zoo” tile and touch Find My Membership Cards.
- Enter your 14-digit membership # and the last name of the primary member on your membership card.
You can also download your digital membership card directly to the Wallet on your smartphone by clicking here. If you would like a physical membership card, you can pay $5 to cover processing and shipping fees.
Join us for a fun-filled morning of merriment and holiday cheer, complete with a full breakfast, a live and interactive holiday music performance, holiday-themed activities and one-on-one time with the jolly old elf himself. Take advantage of great photo opportunities as kids chat with Santa in his red velvet chair.

To order tickets, call the Membership office at 317-630-2046, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Tickets are $30 for member adults and $25 for member children.
MEMBERS-ONLY REFILLABLE CUP
Purchase a members-only 2024 refillable cup for only $35 and refill it with your favorite beverage all year (a $60 value)! Cups are available for purchase and can be refilled at the Café on the Commons.

- Save $2 on adults and $1 on kids individual tickets for any extra guests you bring! Or upgrade to the Plus 2 or Conservation level membership to bring two or four guests FREE each time you visit.
