Digital Membership Card
The Indianapolis Zoo is excited to announce we now have digital membership cards! Please follow the instructions below to download your digital membership card to your phone.
You will get the most from your membership by downloading the eMembership Card app to your smartphone.
How to Access Membership Card:
- Download the eMembership Card app.
- Search for “Indianapolis Zoo” tile and touch Find My Membership Cards.
- Enter your 14-digit membership # and the last name of the primary member on your membership card.
You can also download your digital membership card directly to the Wallet on your smartphone by clicking here. If you would like a physical membership card, you can pay $5 to cover processing and shipping fees.
Mark your calendars for members-only preview of xZOOberance on March 20 from 11am-noon. Members will have exclusive access to the Zoo’s annual spring festival for an hour before it opens to the public.

- Save $2 on adults and $1 on kids individual tickets for any extra guests you bring! Or upgrade to the Plus 2 or Conservation level membership to bring two or four guests FREE each time you visit.
- Get a special discount on the all-inclusive rides and experience wristband with our Explorer Pass.
