Digital Membership Card
The Indianapolis Zoo is excited to announce we now have digital membership cards! Please follow the instructions below to download your digital membership card to your phone.
You will get the most from your membership by downloading the eMembership Card app to your smartphone.
How to Access Membership Card:
- Download the eMembership Card app.
- Search for “Indianapolis Zoo” tile and touch Find My Membership Cards.
- Enter your 14-digit membership # and the last name of the primary member on your membership card.
You can also download your digital membership card directly to the Wallet on your smartphone by clicking here. If you would like a physical membership card, you can pay $5 to cover processing and shipping fees.
We are excited to announce members-only hours for 2024!
Members only can visit the Zoo from 8-9am Saturdays, Sundays and all Federal holidays Memorial Day through Labor Day. Take advantage of the cooler temperatures and see the animals start their day.
Want to bring friends or family with you to members-only hours? Upgrade to a plus membership level or donor-level membership and enjoy the extra Zoo hours with friends and family.
Your support helps protect nature and inspire people to care for our world, and we want to say thank you with a bunch of wild offers crafted just for you! Join us on Thursday, June 27 from 9am-8:30pm to receive these amazing benefits:

MEMBERS-ONLY REFILLABLE CUP
Purchase a members-only 2024 refillable cup for only $35 and refill it with your favorite beverage all year (a $60 value)! Cups are available for purchase and can be refilled at the Café on the Commons.
